Job Description

In this role, Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 to lead the food services for a school system located in Columbia, SC. This leadership position offers an exciting opportunity to influence and shape a student-focused dining program that supports the nutritional and social needs of the school community. The General Manager 2 will oversee menu strategy, service culture, and operational excellence, ensuring that the dining experience is consistently engaging, reliable, and aligned with client expectations. The General Manager 2 will take charge of driving operational innovation and long-term growth strategies, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining an exceptional level of client service.
