Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years of functional experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of compliance with food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Food service management experience, ideally in a campus environment
- Strong financial skills including profit and loss experience
- Demonstrated leadership and hospitality skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Professional communication skills
- Passion for high levels of customer service
Job Duties
- Lead a dining program with a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and financial performance
- Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic decisions
- Oversee operations across residential dining, retail, and catering functions
- Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and regulatory standards
- Guide and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and implement creative, cost-effective solutions
- Use data-driven insights to manage budget, forecast revenue, and optimize profitability
