At Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN, Sodexo is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations, specifically managing concessions at the university. This role demands a leader who excels in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about teamwork, innovation, and exceptional customer service. As the General Manager, you will hold full operational and financial accountability for multiple venues, working closely with clients to drive strategic decisions and achieve financial goals. In this position, you will also be tasked with developing a culture of excellence and accountability by guiding multicultural non-profit groups involved with the concessions.
