Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of restaurant management experience with financial responsibility
- ability to work from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm including weekends
- honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- willingness to uphold Five Guys Core Convictions
- ability to lead by example and set high standards for self and team
- eligibility to participate in eVerify
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- proven track record managing financial results
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to create a positive work environment
- commitment to high standards in food safety and customer service
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- manage financial results and budgets
- lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance
