This role offers a starting salary of $65,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonus opportunities linked to food safety, financial goals, and exceptional customer experiences. Employees are eligible to earn bonuses every week during secret shop inspections, motivating the entire team on shift to maintain high standards.

The General Manager and Assistant Manager positions at Five Guys provide real-world work hours, typically from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, with no drive-thru operations, allowing managers to focus on face-to-face guest service and maintaining quality standards. These positions are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, an Employee Assistance Program, and access to an Employee Relief Fund supported by both owners and employees.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of restaurant management experience with financial responsibility
