This position offers a starting salary of $60,000 annually with eligibility to participate in performance-based bonus rewards. The role is designed for experienced restaurant leaders who are passionate about creating a positive work environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Most Five Guys locations operate during real-world hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm and do not have drive-thrus, promoting a dynamic but manageable work schedule. Job Requirements
