The role of General Manager 1 Multi-Service for Food and Environmental Services at Sodexo is a pivotal leadership position within the healthcare sector, specifically tailored to hospital environments. The successful candidate will lead a team of salaried managers and frontline associates, overseeing daily operations that directly impact patient, visitor, and staff satisfaction. The General Manager will drive client relations through effective communication at all organizational levels and will be responsible for ensuring program compliance, managing budgets, and leading projects towards timely completion.

This position requires a candidate with a strong background in culinary or housekeeping management preferably within healthcare settings, along with expertise in training, financial management, change management, and client service. The role demands hands-on leadership, ability to foster a diverse and inclusive workforce, and a commitment to creating positive patient experiences, including concierge transport services. The role includes mandatory compliance with COVID-19, Flu, and TB vaccinations, a 17-panel drug test, and an FBI background check.
