Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage cost and cash controls
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Capable of handling stressful situations and multitasking
- Must follow all Domino's policies and procedures strictly
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks
- Valid driver’s license with access to insured vehicle for delivery duties
- Navigational skills and ability to read maps
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- General job duties knowledge for all store team members
- Ability to operate all equipment
- Experience in stocking ingredients and food preparation
- Skills in receiving and processing telephone orders
- Ability to take inventory and complete required paperwork
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
- Proficient in using calculator and computer keyboard or touchscreen
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record for delivery roles
Job Duties
- Manage all activities during your shift including cost, inventory, and cash controls
- Lead and set example for crew by following all company policies and procedures
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and necessary paperwork
- Ensure food management and store cleanliness meet company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold store profitability
- Maintain marketing efforts and perfect store image
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and transportation logistics
