The role available is that of a General Manager or Assistant Manager at Five Guys, offering a starting salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses. This position is ideal for individuals who have at least two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial outcomes. The role demands a hands-on leader passionate about creating an excellent workplace culture and delivering outstanding food with excellent customer service. Managers will work within real-life business hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, without the complexity of drive-thru operations, enabling a focus on team and guest interaction. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of restaurant management experience
