We are currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager at Domino's Pizza. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations during your shift, overseeing everything from cost controls and inventory to customer relations and staff management. As an assistant manager, you will be the accountability driver for your team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed meticulously to uphold our corporate standards. Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school education
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail or food environment preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Access to insured vehicle for deliveries
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and multitasking skills
  • Basic math skills including ability to make correct monetary change
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to operate store equipment and computer systems
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations during your shift including cost controls, inventory, cash handling
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100 percent
  • Staff scheduling and management
  • Maintain store cleanliness and perfect store image
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer relations
  • Conduct paperwork and documentation for inventory and cost control
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and promote store profitability
