Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail or food environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Access to insured vehicle for deliveries
- Compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or food service management preferred but not required
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Basic math skills including ability to make correct monetary change
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to operate store equipment and computer systems
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
Job Duties
- Manage all store operations during your shift including cost controls, inventory, cash handling
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100 percent
- Staff scheduling and management
- Maintain store cleanliness and perfect store image
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer relations
- Conduct paperwork and documentation for inventory and cost control
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promote store profitability
