The role of General Manager is a critical leadership position within our organization. This salaried role comes with the opportunity for a substantial monthly bonus linked directly to store performance and profitability. The General Manager will spearhead all aspects of store operations, requiring a hands-on approach and availability across multiple shifts, including lunch, evening, and late night dayparts. Typically, this role demands working five to six days a week, encompassing weekend shifts and varying hours to maintain smooth operational flow. Ideal candidates may have grown within the company from positions such as Customer Service Representative (CSR), Delivery Driver, or Assistant Manager, or they may bring prior industry experience with a willingness to integrate closely with our team. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or delivery roles preferred
