The role offered is a leadership position within Five Guys that comes with an attractive starting pay range of $65,000 to $75,000 annually, complemented by opportunities to participate in performance-based bonus rewards. This position demands a seasoned professional with over two years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry, particularly with responsibility for financial outcomes. As part of this role, the manager or assistant manager will be instrumental in creating an enjoyable and productive work environment for their team, ensuring customer satisfaction by upholding high standards of food quality and service, and embodying the company's core convictions. The work schedule reflects realistic hours aligned with the restaurant's operating times, typically opening at 11:00 am and closing at 10:00 pm, with no drive-thru service.
