Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- reliable transportation to and from work
- ability to work in varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions
- must follow all company policies and procedures 100 percent of the time
- capable of navigating stairs and multi-story buildings
- ability to perform repetitive tasks and work under stress
- safe driving record meeting company standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to multitask and make sound decisions under pressure
- valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- familiarity with computer and point-of-sale systems
Job Duties
- oversee daily store operations including cost controls, inventory control, and cash control
- manage and lead staff, including staffing, scheduling, and training
