This position starts with an annual salary of $65,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses that reward food safety, financial success, and excellent customer experiences. General Managers and Assistant Managers are also eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave, available immediately upon hire and based on tenure.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Five Guys location, ensuring that all team members are motivated, enthusiastic, and held to high standards. The restaurant hours of operation are designed with employees’ work-life balance in mind, typically running from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm with no drive-thru service. You will lead by example, maintaining Five Guys’ core convictions which include remaining humble by not shying away from any task, exceeding customer expectations by delivering more than asked for, always doing the right thing guided by conscience and grit, and leading others by setting a positive example.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two or more years of restaurant leadership experience
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent problem-solving abilities
- legal authorization to work in the country
- willingness to lead by example and perform all restaurant tasks
