This position offers a starting annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses linked to food safety, financial success, and customer satisfaction. The role features real, life-oriented work hours with most locations operating between 11:00 am and 10:00 pm, and notably, without drive-thru services, promoting a focused and engaging customer service environment.
The role being offered is that of a General Manager or Assistant Manager, tasked with leading restaurant operations while fostering a positive team culture and delivering outstanding customer service. This leadership position demands at least two years of managerial experience within the restaurant industry, particularly with financial accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and motivating their team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring the guest experience exceeds expectations.
