The Maintenance Technician role is an essential position within the company, focusing on general maintenance services and repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing minor general maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines including plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical work, and vehicle servicing. The role emphasizes versatility and a proactive approach to maintenance, requiring the technician to perform preventive maintenance, assist in assembling or repairing racks, office furniture, and cubicles, and operate machinery such as snowplows, forklifts, and lifts as directed.
