Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 12 to 18 months of related experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • valid Oklahoma Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the City's insurance carrier

Job Duties

  • Maintain the appearance of facilities including entrances at security gates
  • work with in-house and external service providers contractors and vendors
  • complete housekeeping duties including touching up paint for general public areas
  • assist with tasks assigned to the operations maintenance ICE and well crews
  • pick up and deliver parts and supplies from various locations
  • perform inspections and maintain safety equipment
  • assist with and or perform any specialized projects or assignments
  • pick up and deliver mail
  • obtain Water Operator and Wastewater Operator licenses according to the designated schedule including temporary license within 10 days and Class D license within one year
