Job Requirements
- Completion of the 10th grade or equivalent
- Significant relatable experience may substitute formal education
- Prefer high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience in relevant labor or groundskeeping work
- Ability to read and understand English written instructions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and maintain it throughout employment
Job Qualifications
- Completion of the 10th grade or equivalent
- Minimum of three years experience as a laborer, gardener, groundskeeper or similar general labor duties
- Ability to read English sufficiently to understand written work orders and safety instructions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse constituents
- Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License
Job Duties
- Scheduling and timely set-up for all college functions
- Maintenance and utilization of the inventory of tables, chairs, tents and grills
- Delivery of supplies and furniture in a timely manner to all requesting departments
- Operation of college vehicles to deliver supplies and furniture
- Coordination of the relocation of internal offices
- Compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations
- Preserve punctual and reliable attendance
