This particular role is that of a General Labor team member based at the Stockton, CA bakery. The position supports the production process by monitoring tray movement on the production line, stacking and staging products for shipment, and ensuring workspace cleanliness that upholds safety and food-quality standards. The role requires flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and possible overtime. The hourly rate is set at $24.28, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation tied to experience, education, and skill.

The General Labor position is critical to maintaining smooth production flow and supporting efficient shipping and warehouse operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • ability to lift 10 lb pans repeatedly throughout an 8-hour shift
  • ability to push and pull 220 lb pan carts multiple times during an 8-hour shift
  • ability to work weekends and any assigned shift
  • ability to work in cold and freezer environments
  • commitment to following GMP, quality, and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • prior experience in food manufacturing or production environments
  • experience with palletizing, stacking, or warehouse operations
  • familiarity with GMP or food safety standards
  • ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume operations
  • strong attention to detail and reliability

Job Duties

  • Monitor tray line operations to maintain steady production flow
