The General Kitchen Worker position at Care New England is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment across its member hospitals and facilities. This role ensures the upkeep of all kitchen areas by performing daily cleaning tasks, managing food storage appropriately, and supporting patient service areas. The incumbent will engage in dishroom duties, clean large kitchen equipment on a scheduled basis, and provide general assistance throughout the department to facilitate smooth kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and moving boxes and trays up to 50 pounds

- prior experience in a kitchen or healthcare environment is a plus
