Job Duties
- Set up food service, kitchen, or salad areas and equipment as instructed
- Check food temperatures and prepare areas for daily operations
- Prepare or assist in preparation of hot and cold meals and beverages
- Serve food items to customers and replenish supplies at serving stations
- Clean and maintain work areas including floors, dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately
- Wash pots, pans, and service ware ensuring sanitary handling
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
