The role available at this Residence Inn by Marriott is a full-time, non-management position in the Engineering & Facilities category, offering a competitive hourly wage of $24.20. The job primarily involves carrying out planned preventive maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards. Responsibilities include inspecting and servicing mattresses, box springs, and bed frames, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, removing carpet and upholstery stains, dusting, touching up paint and furniture, ensuring all room accessories and appliances are present and functioning, replacing lighting fixtures, and checking grout and caulking.
