Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Willingness to complete safety training and certifications
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Basic maintenance and cleaning skills
- No supervisory experience required

- Less than 1 year related work experience

Job Duties
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces
- Inspect and flip mattresses, box springs, and assemble bed frames
- Vacuum behind and underneath furniture, spot clean carpets and upholstery
- Dust, touch-up paint and furniture, replace light fixtures
- Tighten loose toilet seats, change light bulbs, patch holes in walls
- Clean guest room surfaces including tubs, wall tiles, hard floors, walls, windows, mirrors
- Report serious maintenance problems, safety hazards to manager or supervisor
