The position available is that of a General Affairs / Office Administrator, a vital role designed to ensure smooth office operations and foster effective communication within the company. This hybrid role, requiring presence on-site three days a week, is situated in Los Angeles and offers a competitive hourly salary ranging from $30 to $34 depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. As a General Affairs / Office Administrator, the successful candidate will be instrumental in managing day-to-day general affairs tasks, offering reception and front desk support, and handling essential courier and mail duties. A considerable part of the role involves acting as a liaison across various departments, ensuring smooth information flow, and facilitating internal and external communication. This role also encompasses HR and labor support activities such as maintaining employee records, assisting with labor matters, and coordinating with payroll and external entities.

In addition, the position demands a proactive attitude toward IT and systems support. The administrator will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, working closely with internal IT teams and external vendors. A basic understanding of network management and system maintenance is crucial to perform these tasks effectively.
