Job Requirements
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience
- strong IT literacy
- basic knowledge of network management and system maintenance
- excellent organizational skills
- good communication skills in English
- ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external vendors
- prior experience in HR or labor support
- Japanese language proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- handle general affairs duties and day-to-day office administration
- reception and front desk support
- courier and mail handling
- internal coordination and cross-department communication
- support HR-related administrative tasks including employee documentation and internal processes
- assist with labor-related matters in coordination with HR payroll and external vendors
- maintain and organize HR-related records and documentation
- act as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries
- coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors
- basic understanding of network management and system maintenance
