The role of Promotions Assistant at Gem Club is an essential position that involves supporting the casino's promotional activities and enhancing guest engagement. Candidates selected for this role will work closely with the Promotions Manager and collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute casino promotions and special events. The Promotions Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for guests, responsible for building strong, personalized relationships and ensuring guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their visit. This role requires someone who is not only knowledgeable about casino games and operations but also possesses excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Key responsibilities include monitoring guest gaming activity to identify eligibility for complimentary offers, responding promptly to guest inquiries and issues, and assisting in the development of marketing and incentive programs designed to attract and retain players. Given the regulatory complexity of casino operations, the Promotions Assistant must ensure strict compliance with all casino policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
