- alcohol awareness card
- previous experience in customer service
- knowledge of casino games and operations
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- ability to multitask and respond promptly
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or casino setting
- knowledge of casino games, operations, and regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and respond to guest needs promptly
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- high school diploma or equivalent
- degree in hospitality or business management is a plus
- minimum six months previous promotional experience in a casino setting is preferred
Job Duties
- Greeting and establishing rapport with guests
- explaining and promoting the casino games to guests
- monitoring guests experiences and resolving any issues related to the services or games
- organizing and hosting special events, competitions, and functions to entertain guests
- building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and return visits
- understanding the needs and preferences of clients and recommending tailored casino services
- ensuring compliance with all casino policies, procedures, and regulations within the gaming area
