This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these processes, ensuring the franchisee operates independently in managing its workforce.
The position available is for a Guest Experience Leader, a role designed to blend customer service, team collaboration, and operational excellence in a fast-paced food service environment.
