This exciting new concept invites guests to embark on a culinary journey spanning the diverse flavors and cultures of Asia to the rich, colorful traditions of Mesoamerica. Gato Exotico redefines casual dining with an emphasis on creative, scratch-made dishes and beverages that celebrate both classical tiki favorites and modern interpretations. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Jason Doo, who brings his extensive experience from renowned establishments such as Fairmont Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels, Menton, and Woods Hill Table.
