Job Duties
- Monitor and control all auction vehicle traffic entering and exiting the auction lot
- Verify vehicle documentation
- Accurately log incoming and outgoing vehicles using internal systems or logs
- Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage and note discrepancies
- Ensure only authorized personnel and customers access the facility
- Provide directions and basic assistance to customers, transport drivers, and staff
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding vehicle movement and issues
- Maintain gate area organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or policy violations to management
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to security and operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
