This particular opportunity is for a full-time Gas Station Supervisor position at the Knapps Corner location in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Job Requirements

high school diploma or its equivalent
2-3 years of related retail experience
one year of management experience
rotational assignments in other areas of the store such as meat, bakery, produce and deli
customer service and product flow experience
ability to communicate clearly and provide precise direction
ability to resolve conflict by addressing root cause issues
ability to manage multiple tasks
ability to analyze financial and statistical information and make informed decisions
ability to teach suggestive selling
ability to lead an organization that practices working safely
ability to mentor team members in all areas including SDITs, hourly positions and team leaders
successful completion of all required certifications

Job Duties
