Gas Field Technician

The Field Technician role at Morrow Renewables is a vital position that supports the company’s mission to efficiently balance landfill gas well fields. The position requires hands-on involvement with monitoring and adjusting gas wells to ensure optimal gas flow, temperature, and composition. Field Technicians will be trained to operate gas chromatographs and use Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and Word, to accurately record and report data daily to maintain compliance with project regulations. This is a full-time, on-call position based at the Weatherford Plant, and candidates must reside within a 45-minute commute.

Field Technicians will work under the guidance of the Well Tech Supervisor, performing a variety of critical duties including adjusting well fields to maintain gas quantity and quality, data maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and supporting operational planning for gas collection expansions and construction projects. Physical stamina and adaptability to outdoor conditions are necessary as the role involves frequent lifting, walking in adverse weather, and operating all-terrain vehicles. The position offers a wage range of $20 to $24 per hour and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, paid time off, and bonus pay opportunities.
