This full-time, non-management position is based at their 6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd location in Aurora and offers a pay rate of $14.70 per hour with additional training and paid time off rates at $15.16 per hour. The role is tip eligible, which allows for additional earning potential. As a Guest Service Expert, your responsibilities transcend basic food service; you will be creating an engaging and memorable dining experience for guests by ensuring high-quality customer interaction, attentiveness, and adherence to service standards.

In this dynamic role, you will be involved in various tasks such as setting up tables, communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of orders, serving guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies. This position requires physical stamina as it involves standing, walking, and maneuvering over diverse surfaces, alongside handling items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. The ability to bend, twist, stretch, and stoop is also critical to performing this job effectively.
