This company is known for crafting exceptional experiences in prime destinations, attracting a diverse clientele and offering guests luxurious accommodations and memorable stays. With a considerable history and an unwavering commitment to hospitality, Loews Miami Beach Hotel combines timeless charm with contemporary updates to deliver unmatched service and ambiance.

This newly redesigned Loews Miami Beach Hotel boasts fresh touchpoints throughout the property, ensuring a first-class environment for both guests and team members. The atmosphere here is both welcoming and sophisticated, designed to create lasting impressions on every visitor.

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamically skilled Culinary Manager dedicated to overseeing the entire culinary department alongside our Culinary Management team. This leadership role requires planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating all culinary operations to guarantee the delivery of high-quality food products that exceed the expectations of both guests and employees while adhering to hotel standards. The Culinary Manager ensures that meals and related services are executed efficiently, consistently, and in a friendly professional manner.

In this pivotal position, the Culinary Manager supports the recruitment, training, and scheduling of culinary staff while maintaining strict adherence to departmental and corporate policies. Responsibilities extend to overseeing kitchen activities directly, managing cost controls including inventory and labor budgets, and supervising food quality and service excellence. The role demands a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement to maintain smooth operations, support team development, and optimize guest satisfaction.

The perfect candidate will embody strong leadership skills, expertise in food service operations, and the ability to foster a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork and professional growth. This role is not only about culinary expertise but also about promoting company values related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all team members feel valued and empowered. With a commitment to training, career development, and employee well-being, Loews Miami Beach Hotel offers an exceptional career opportunity where your contributions directly impact guest experiences and business success.

We also provide a range of competitive benefits including health and wellness programs, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, making this not just a job but a path to a rewarding hospitality career.
