Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to smile during customer interactions
possess an upbeat personality, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic
maintain uniform standards when on job premises
ability to move quickly
ability to organize cars efficiently
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
be organized

Job Qualifications

valid Driver's License
ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
proficiency in English, both verbally and written
ability to create relationships with customers
entry level experience

Job Duties

keep the safety of self and others in mind at all times
park customers' vehicles in designated parking spots, ensuring they are parked safely and securely
keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage
provide exceptional guest experience
maintain organization at operation
use professional communication and VPNE-approved language choices
help facilitate transition at the end of the shift
