The role of a Gaming Cocktail Server at Gilley's is a crucial position that involves providing prompt, friendly, and efficient beverage service to guests on the gaming floor. Job Requirements
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Ability to respond to visual and audible cues
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, and grip items
- Capable of walking and standing for long periods (8-12 hours)
- Ability to operate under mentally and physically stressful situations

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to obtain a KRGC Level III Gaming License
- One year of direct customer contact experience preferred
- Previous money handling experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance as per company standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
Job Duties
- Provide prompt and friendly beverage service to guests on the gaming floor
- Build guest relations by engaging with customers and making them feel welcome
- Observe all activity within assigned area and offer assistance to guests
- Report any unusual activity and maintain awareness of the environment
- Handle routine customer complaints and escalate more serious issues to management
- Ensure guests remain in play by offering helpful service
- Dispose of cups, glasses, and bottles left by guests to maintain cleanliness
