The Games Attendant role at Main Event is integral to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Games Attendant, you will be positioned at the heart of the action, engaging closely with guests and ensuring they have a fun and safe time on the games floor. This is a role designed for individuals who are technologically savvy, outgoing, and passionate about creating positive memories for guests by understanding and recommending the games and entertainment options that best suit their interests and needs. The Games Attendant is not only responsible for monitoring the activities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adequate stocking of all games and redemption areas but also plays an essential part in providing information and assistance related to point redemption and game usage.

In addition to guest-facing duties, the role involves minor maintenance responsibilities such as performing small repairs on games and laser tag vests, and collaborating with the Technical Team to communicate any concerns regarding wear and tear or damages to equipment. This job demands attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive approach to safety compliance to maintain the high standards that Main Event is known for. The Games Attendant also contributes to the daily operations by performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties and actively participating as an ambassador of fun — welcoming and engaging with all guests to ensure they feel valued and entertained.
