As a Games Attendant at Main Event, you will be at the very heart of the action, playing a pivotal role on our games floor where the excitement never stops. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm, technological aptitude, and a passion for creating fun and memorable experiences for every guest. Your responsibilities will extend beyond just supervising games; you will actively engage with guests, offer personalized recommendations based on their interests, and uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
In this position, you will monitor various attractions such as laser tag, mini golf, gravity ropes, and rock climbing, ensuring these areas are safe, clean, and well-stocked. You will also assist guests with point redemption, maintain game equipment, and collaborate with the technical team to report any maintenance needs or damages. The role may include opening, mid-day, or closing duties, requiring flexibility and a strong work ethic. Beyond the operational responsibilities, you will be an ambassador of fun and hospitality, making sure every guest leaves with a smile and a memorable experience.
This full-time or part-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $7.25 to $11.75, depending on experience and position. Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests while being an ambassador of fun
- monitoring activities such as laser tag, mini golf, gravity ropes, and rock climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safe
- creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- making sure the games and Winner's Choice are clean and stocked
- assisting guests with questions regarding point redemption
- performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
- partnering with the technical team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
- performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
