The role of a Games Attendant at Main Event is central to the overall guest experience on the games floor. They ensure that the games and redemption areas are well-maintained, clean, stocked, and safe for all guests. Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests
- monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe
- creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional service
- making sure the games and Winner’s Choice area are clean and stocked
- assisting guests with questions regarding point redemption
- performing minor repairs to games and laser tag vests
- partnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment
- performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
