The role of Game Room Attendant at Chuck E. Cheese is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build an exciting career in a vibrant and family-friendly environment. Game Room Attendants are responsible for supporting guests as they enjoy arcade games, ensuring all game machines are clean, operational, and safe to use. This position requires an energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-service-oriented individual who thrives in a lively atmosphere featuring flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises. The job involves physical activity such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting throughout the shift. Beyond maintaining the game room, attendants interact effectively with guests and co-workers to deliver exceptional service and an enjoyable experience.

Chuck E. Cheese offers competitive compensation, with hourly pay ranging from $16.90 to $17.90. The company also provides commission opportunities: exempt employees can earn from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees can earn from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, paid out bi-weekly. Unique to Chuck E. Cheese is the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program which allows employees to access earned wages without delay between paychecks, enhancing financial flexibility.

Employees benefit from a comprehensive package including telemedicine access, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program, tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time and full-time employees have options for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage with additional features such as paid sick/vacation time and paid holidays for full-time staff. The company complies with state and local regulations regarding paid sick leave and other required benefits, ensuring a supportive work environment for its workforce.

At CEC Entertainment, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture is a top priority. The company champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, and welcomes applicants regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other protected classes.
