CEC Entertainment is currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Game Room Attendants to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking a first-time job or those looking to advance their career within a dynamic and supportive company culture. Game Room Attendants are responsible for supporting guests as they play games, making sure that all games are clean, safe, and operational for an enjoyable experience. Employees enjoy CEC's "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing them to access their earned wages promptly instead of waiting for a traditional paycheck. The job involves working various shifts, standing, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and interacting effectively with guests and co-workers in a lively environment characterized by flashing lights and lively noise common to entertainment venues.

CEC Entertainment fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all employees work in a respectful and welcoming atmosphere. The company offers extensive training and cross-training so that Cast Members can experience various positions, with over 60% of managers promoted from within the company, presenting excellent opportunities for growth and career advancement. The position offers competitive commissions based on sales of memberships and fun passes, paid out bi-weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include telemedicine, early wage access, 401(k) retirement plans, employee meal discounts, tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees may enroll in fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, and voluntary life and disability benefits. Full-time employees averaging 29.5+ hours per week qualify for comprehensive medical, dental, vision, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays where applicable, flexible spending account and health savings account options, life and disability insurance, legal coverage, and additional education support.

The work environment requires physical stamina and an ability to handle stress while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Employees must be capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting during their shifts and comfortable working amid moving mechanical parts and flashing lights. CEC Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of its workforce, ensuring no discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected class. This role is ideal for those who love working in a fun, active environment, enjoy engaging with people, and want to be part of a company that prioritizes family-friendly fun and career development.
