This role plays a critical part in ensuring that games are clean, fully operational, and that guests have a joyful experience at the venue. Game Room Attendants must be able to engage with guests positively, ensuring safe and enjoyable gameplay. Essential physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during scheduled shifts. The work environment is dynamic, featuring flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, requiring resilience to job stress and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with both guests and team members.
