Compensation for this position ranges from $16.90 to $17.90 hourly, with additional commission potential based on memberships and Fun Pass sales. Exempt employees can earn between $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass, while non-exempt employees have commission opportunities ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Pay is issued bi-weekly, with exceptions only as required by state law. The company also offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees faster access to earned wages, ensuring financial flexibility.
