Responsibilities include maintaining game cleanliness and ensuring that all games are operational, creating a safe and enjoyable environment for families. The position offers commission-based earning potential with different rates for exempt and non-exempt employees, paid bi-weekly. Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees can earn between $2.00 and $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Additionally, the role supports flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and requires the physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting. The work environment includes exposure to flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises.
