The role of Game Room Attendant at Chuck E. The position offers both exempt and non-exempt commission potentials. Exempt employees can earn between $0.50 to $10.00 commission per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise. Non-exempt employees have commission potential ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 for each membership sold and $0.60 to $2.40 for each Fun Pass sold, also paid bi-weekly. The company also features a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees to access their earned wages immediately, enhancing financial flexibility.
Game Room Attendants are expected to maintain a safe and clean play environment by ensuring proper function and cleanliness of all games. The job requires physical activity including lifting objects up to 50 pounds and being able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during the scheduled shifts. The work environment can include flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. Successful candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills along with an energetic and enthusiastic personality to engage with guests, particularly children and families.
