Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during scheduled shift
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- compliance with background check if required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- enthusiasm for working with children and families
- basic problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- support guests as they play games
- ensure all games are clean and operational
- maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- assist in occasional cleaning or maintenance tasks
- provide excellent customer service with an energetic personality
- follow safety and sanitation standards
- handle guest interactions effectively
