Since its opening in 1996, the arena has been a central hub for the greater Philadelphia region, hosting the Philadelphia Flyers of the NHL, the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA, and Villanova University basketball games, alongside a variety of family shows and concerts. With a seating capacity of 21,000, the arena is not only a key landmark for sporting events but also an innovative space recognized nationally for its state-of-the-art operations and live event experience.

As a showcase for industry-leading standards in live event management, the Xfinity Mobile Arena continually evolves to meet the expectations of visitors and teams alike, ensuring every event is executed with professionalism, safety, and guest satisfaction as its core values.

The role of Security Staff at Xfinity Mobile Arena is crucial in maintaining the integrity and safety of this prominent venue. This position focuses primarily on guest safety while supporting the overall security infrastructure of the arena. Alongside ensuring the enforcement of arena rules, regulations, and policies, security team members prioritize a high level of guest service, making sure each visitor enjoys a secure and welcoming environment.

The role demands thorough knowledge of the arena’s layout, admittance policies, and event-specific activities. Furthermore, staff are expected to conduct screenings via magnetometers and x-ray machines to ensure a safe atmosphere.

This position offers a base pay of $18.70 per hour and includes access to an array of best-in-class benefits as part of Comcast’s total rewards package. These benefits are designed to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally throughout key life moments and everyday challenges.
