Job Description

Legends is a comprehensive agency specializing in offering 360-degree service solutions tailored for legendary brands. Renowned for its expertise across various sectors such as professional sports, collegiate athletics, attractions, entertainment, international projects, and conventions, Legends integrates global planning, global sales, and hospitality services to deliver exceptional outcomes for its partners. With leadership boasting over 300 years of combined experience in sales, sponsorship, analytics, valuation, hospitality, and operations, Legends stands as a leader in the event management industry. The company places a strong emphasis on its people, viewing intellectual property as a key asset. The collaborative culture at Legends stems from a deep understanding of the needs and challenges that teams, businesses, or athletic departments face, driving the agency’s passion for creating tailored solutions.

The Banquet Supervisor role within Legends is pivotal for ensuring the impeccable execution of event spaces throughout the venue. The supervisor will be responsible for setting, maintaining, cleaning, and refreshing all meeting and special event spaces, guaranteeing that each area meets the highest standards. This role involves overseeing the setup and operations team, ensuring that every task is performed to precision according to management standards and detailed floor plans. Significant emphasis is placed on organization, as the supervisor must manage designated storage areas effectively and maintain accurate end-of-month inventory reports for banquet equipment and supplies. The position demands a leader who can not only manage routine operations but also actively participate during events by supporting food and beverage services and assisting other operations staff.

Beyond coordinating logistics, the Banquet Supervisor serves as a critical liaison to the stadium conversion team and participates in scheduled meetings such as stadium conversion discussions, Banquet Event Order (BEO) meetings, and pre-conference sessions. Given that this role spans both indoor and outdoor environments, flexibility and adaptability are essential, as events often occur under varying weather conditions and noise levels. The supervisor must demonstrate effective leadership by training, motivating, and supervising banquet operations staff while ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position requires availability for all home games, stadium-wide events, and special events, which may include non-traditional and extended work hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Overall, the Banquet Supervisor is instrumental in maintaining the excellence that Legends strives to deliver in its hospitality offerings, ensuring seamless event experiences from setup to teardown.
