Job Requirements
- Reception or hosting experience in high-end retail or gallery spaces
- Prior experience in concierge or front-of-house roles within premium residential, hospitality, or lifestyle environments
- Strong presentation skills with on-camera or media experience preferred
- Fluency in English and at least one additional language relevant to the gallery location
- Ability to maintain discretion and poise in a luxury environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet all clients and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, refined, and welcoming atmosphere
- Moderate and direct traffic within the gallery to maintain an organized and elevated client flow
- Coordinate and guide appointment-based visits, working in tandem with the retail and gallery teams
- Communicate professionally and effectively with VIP clients, stylists, and visiting teams
- Serve as a front-facing presence that sets the tone for the space—maintaining poise, discretion, and attentiveness
- Monitor the gallery environment to ensure it reflects brand standards at all times
- Provide light administrative and logistical support for client-facing operations as needed
