We are currently seeking a highly presentable, guest-focused individual to join our prestigious company as a Gallery Concierge. This pivotal role is dedicated to shaping an exceptional client experience from the moment guests enter our gallery. Situated centrally within the gallery's flow, the Gallery Concierge will be entrusted with managing guest entry, moderating visitor traffic, and coordinating appointments. This role is essential in embodying the elegance, sophistication, and hospitality that define the Jacques Marie Mage brand. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of our gallery, setting an inviting tone with poise, discretion, and attentiveness. They will be responsible for maintaining an organized and refined client flow, ensuring that the gallery environment always upholds the highest standards reflective of our luxury brand identity.

Beyond the welcoming and traffic coordination responsibilities, the Gallery Concierge will also communicate professionally with VIP clients, stylists, and visiting teams, providing a seamless and elevated experience that honors our brand’s exclusivity. Additionally, they will contribute light administrative and logistical support duties as required, supporting client-facing operations and ensuring smooth daily interactions within the gallery space.
