Job Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2025 semester at the University of Oklahoma
  • must provide official Fall 2025 class schedule
  • must have received and accepted a Federal Work Study award for Fall semester
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to learn new software
  • customer oriented
  • friendly and outgoing
  • strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work some nights and weekends
  • proactive self-starter with ability to work independently
  • ability to drive sales with patrons and potential sponsors

Job Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student at the University of Oklahoma for Fall 2025 semester
  • have an accepted Federal Work Study award for Fall semester
  • possess basic computer skills
  • ability to learn new software

  • strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • friendly and outgoing demeanor

  • ability to work some nights and weekends
  • knowledge of theatre preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide general office support including box office management
  • operate concessions during events
  • answer phones and handle guest reception
  • assist with preparations for live theatrical events such as concerts and musicals
  • participate in projects related to marketing, design, or other fields of study
  • assist with theatre setup and physical tasks
  • drive sales by engaging with patrons and potential sponsors
