Job Description

Three Creeks Kitchen + Cocktails is an exciting new local management-owned casual fine dining restaurant launching in late fall 2024. Located in a charming small-business neighborhood, this restaurant specializes in Chef-inspired New American cuisine, featuring seafood, steak, sandwiches, and handcrafted desserts alongside specialty and classic cocktails and a curated selection of local craft beers. The establishment is designed with a refined yet natural aesthetic that blends green and metallic gold tones, live greenery, elegant chandeliers, and crystal glassware, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests. The restaurant features a large patio and a four-seasons room ideal for large parties and private events, aiming to provide a memorable and high-quality dining experience for every patron.

The role of Server Assistant, also referred to as Busser or Runner, is essential to the smooth daily operation of Three Creeks Kitchen + Cocktails. This position demands individuals who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to exceptional service. The Server Assistant works closely with managers, servers, and hosts to support their tasks and ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include communicating effectively within the team, assisting with service procedures, and maintaining a helpful and positive attitude toward both colleagues and guests. The role requires a thorough understanding of restaurant hygiene standards, safety, and sanitation regulations at all governmental levels, emphasizing guest satisfaction and operational excellence. The Server Assistant is expected to arrive promptly for shifts, wear a clean and well-maintained uniform, uphold positive hygiene practices, and actively contribute to creating a warm and collaborative team environment.

This position offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, and closure for seven major holidays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs without restrictions
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Commitment to uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards
