This role is for a receptionist position that plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the salon. As the first point of contact, the receptionist is responsible for greeting all guests with a natural smile and upbeat attitude, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience that reflects the salon’s family-friendly brand and values. In addition to managing salon software, appointments, and traffic flow, the receptionist helps maintain a clean and orderly store environment by disinfecting equipment and keeping retail shelves fully stocked. The position also involves supporting marketing activities to help promote the salon and coordinating with the Salon Manager or Owner in administrative and operational tasks. Candidates are expected to have sales experience and the ability to educate clients on retail products, contributing to the overall success and customer satisfaction of the salon.

This is a part-time role that offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour. The ideal candidate is someone who is legally able to work in the United States, can work on Sundays, wears a friendly and welcoming smile, and has an optional cosmetology license, though it is not mandatory.
