Job Duties

  • Attend local fundraising events and community activations daily
  • Work directly with each customer to explain our non-profit partner's mission
  • Help plan, set up, and break down event displays
  • Use storytelling to connect emotionally with every customer
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every customer interaction
  • Collaborate with teammates to gather customer feedback
  • Report trends, insights, and customer responses to senior management
