Job Duties
- Attend local fundraising events and community activations daily
- Work directly with each customer to explain our non-profit partner's mission
- Help plan, set up, and break down event displays
- Use storytelling to connect emotionally with every customer
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every customer interaction
- Collaborate with teammates to gather customer feedback
- Report trends, insights, and customer responses to senior management
